Mill Cottage
|
Mill Cottage stands in the heart of the Cotswold village of Bibury. It is attached to Arlington Mill and once served as the miller’s house. The original mill is mentioned in the Domesday Book; the one that stands today was constructed by Quakers in 1792. Mill Cottage predates the existing mill and is believed to have been constructed around 400 years ago.
Mill Cottage has a downstairs WC, utility room, kitchen and sitting room. To the first floor there is a twin bedroom and bathroom and to the second floor there is double bedroom with bathroom. There is an enclosed garden with apple trees and lawn, accessed via sixteen steps, and there is parking to the rear of the cottage.
